Built on Gate Milano's reputation in Milan's clubbing scene since 2017, Gate Sardinia is a 2,500 square metre venue with room for 1,500 people, designed to scale with any kind of night. From the city to the island, the mission stays the same: great music, serious production, real connections.
Mission
From 3 July through 29 August 2026, Gate Sardinia opens its doors with a programme that tracks global trends, homegrown talent and brand-new formats: Italian rap and trap, international house and techno, and the reggaeton heat of Perreo XL drive a summer built on range and depth. A project that channels Milan's creative edge into Sardinia's Mediterranean warmth, raising the bar for nightlife on the island.
Story
Gate Sardinia is built on the redevelopment of one of Sardinia's largest open-air venues. The club that came before us in Budoni played a defining role in shaping nightlife on the island's north-east coast, with a cross-genre programme and iconic faces that left a mark on summers here. Umberto Smaila, with Smaila's Corner, shaped a whole generation that picked Sardinia as their summer destination.
Program
Today this space is reborn, guided by a contemporary vision that honours the history of the location and ties it to a new artistic direction: Gate Milano. From 3 July 2026, Gate Sardinia will be open every night from 23:00 to 05:00, with special events layered into the calendar.
Access
Entry is restricted to guests 18 and over. For specific events, check the ticket page for access conditions: some events may open at 16+.
